We specialise in leadership development and communication training: often described as people skills. We work in a facilitator-coach style: positive psychology and coaching psychology principles are embedded in everything we do.

As principal consultant for Bridgford Consultancy, he works with major corporates and third sector organisations who seek to develop their staff's self-awareness, emotional intelligence and people skills.

Her approach is both practical and participative, injecting enthusiasm and understanding into her sessions to ensure that learning is engaging and enjoyable, whilst maintaining a clear focus on defined objectives and practical takeaways.
From an original background in tourism and leisure, Sue now works with individuals and organisations in service, commercial and manufacturing environments, as well as public and not-for-profit sectors.
