Training

We specialise in non-technical training that helps your staff relate to others, internally and externally - often described as 'people skills' or 'soft skills'.

From presentation skills to giving great feedback, leadership skills to training other employees - we are here to help your people to be their best selves at work.

Bridgford Consultancy’s style is lively, involving and stretching. Our emphasis is on interactivity, involving delegates throughout courses with practical exercises to deliver experiential learning, both in-person and online. We work in a facilitator-coach style, encouraging the cohort to coach each other and provide generative feedback in sessions.

Focus on What Matters

Time is a finite resource – so how can we make the very most of what we have? How do we prioritise what’s truly important over what simply seems important? In our distraction-saturated digital world, how can we achieve a focused, mindful state of flow? And how do we find the time for this in our increasingly busy diaries?

The tools and techniques in this highly interactive and practical workshop are proven and have been found to be especially effective in the hybrid working environments many businesses are now adopting. By the end of the day participants will have a wealth of options to ensure they’re working smarter, more efficiently, and to alleviate the risk of burnout.
